Heat the other tablespoon of olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.

Return the skillet to medium heat and add the spinach, tomatoes, and reserved pasta water. Cook for about 2 minutes or until spinach has wilted.

Add the pasta and Parmesan cheese to the skillet and stir everything together. Slice the chicken and place on top of the pasta. Sprinkle fresh basil leaves on top, and voila! You’ve got a delicious meal that’ll make your tastebuds sing.

Meanwhile, melt the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the chicken broth and heavy cream to the skillet, and bring to a simmer. Whisk in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Add the spaghetti to the sauce and toss everything to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add some of the reserved pasta water to thin it out.
